"Excellent ramen! I've been on a binge of Japanese restaurants in Loudoun and Fairfax counties and this is probably the closest to tonkotsu ramen to Japan I've had locally. Not overally salty and not bogged down with too many toppings. Included a whole seasoned egg (aji tama), mushrooms, onions and authentic noodles with two large well seasoned pieces of chashu. Others at my table enjoyed the tempura udon and salmon (sale) nigiri and maki. Everything was fresh and delicious with great prices for the area. Will be back!"

"We went in around 8:15 pm and the manager said we have to order in 10 minutes. It says they close at 9:00 but she said kitchen closes at 8:30. There was a very very strong smell of burned oil in the restaurant . No one was there and the one waitress was her phone instead of attending to us . I had to call her to get her attention. The sushi was ok , seaweed salad was good but I have never seen it with red pepper flakes!"

"Pretty awesome. All the dishes we ordered beyond our expectations~ love the special dressing on the salad. Tan tan ramen’s base soup is super rich. Also loved the steamed egg! Wish they could offer some sauces for the fried chicken (chicken karaage)."

"Tried veggie ramen and tempura udon today Tempura was really well made. Their ramen noodle was phenomenal. I loved the veggie ramen components. Undon was simple and good. miso soup was rich. Tried premium sashimi and sushi for two. Sushi for two came in a huge boat. It was too big for the tiny table. I would prefer just flat square dish instead a large boat plate. Sashimi plate had unique composition. Uni was pretty good. The fried fish was soo good. Eel was high quality. Agedashi tofu was sooo good. Must try sushi place in Fairfax area."
