"These guys always took care of me, especially the delivery guys. They always delivered timely and my pizza was always made right. One of the managers, Chris was always pleasant and made sure my order was right. I have lived all over the US and have eaten a lot of pizza, I would say that this is by far the best Papa John's restaurant I have ever used."

"Cheap!!!!!!!! asked for parmesan and red pepper packs for their customer and had to listen about the food cost of 9 cents a pack. No garlic sauce in cheese sticks. Maybe if your customers do not want you delivering your products to them....maybe you should listen to someone coming to pick your products and trying to give your customers good customer service. Save a penny to lose a dollar. Papa John's is a thing of the past."

"Delivery was faster than expected, especially considering I ordered last on a weekend night. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh. Now for my gripes. The issues I have are with Papa John's overall. The quality and value have completely deteriorated over the years. 1. I intentionally asked for extra sauce since all locations have seemingly stopped using it. There was barely any sauce on the entire pizza! 2. The sauce itself is of horrid quality. Obvious that it's cheaply made and from frozen goods. 3. The dough itself continues to have an odd taste to it. Can't explain it."
