A-1 Limousine

"Today on Nassau street two of their busses were going to make a right turn. The first bus did it safely, but then the light turned red. The second bus hesitated behind the crosswalk, but then made a right turn from the left lane, at a no turn on red intersection. In my opinion, this was incredibly dangerous considering it is one of the busiest pedestrian and car intersections in Princeton, and this huge bus completely ran a red light (not a yellow light, but a red one). Obviously the driver thought it was better to risk the safety of the people around the bus and the people inside the bus so he could keep up with the other bus, but I would definitely say they need to train their drivers better or relieve some of the pressure on their drivers to keep up with each other."

"I never take the time to write a review, but due to some unforeseen delays and flight cancellations, and having to book a flight to a different airport, I was faced with needing a driver to pick me up from Newark and to take me to Trenton, literally last minute. Not only was A1 accommodating, but Mohammad (Mifaz Niyas) was awesome. He was there, early, gabbed the car for us so we didn’t have to walk in the freezing cold, and got us to Trenton safely. His job could’ve been accomplished then, but he took it one step further. He told my girls to sit in the warm car while he helped me clean off the ice and snow that had been on there for 48 hours in freezing temps, and made sure I was able to get in and drive off safely. That, to me, was worth any amount of money, as it was freezing cold and 1:00 am. He did not have to go the extra mile, as his job had been completed. He was the best. I’d highly recommend A-1 and Mohamed."

"IGNORE THESE FAKE REVIEWS! A1 employs the oldest drivers I have ever seen. They struggle with luggage and get confused as to where they have parked. One driver the week of Christmas had a soccer game live streaming on his phone the entire trip from Princeton to EWR. The most obnoxious policy, and its is company wide, is they won’t park in premium lots, so customers get to hike to the farthest points in the various terminal lots instead of in the lots every other company uses. I cannot stress this enough: you will hike forever to getting to your so-called “luxury” service because they won’t pay for the limo lots at Newark. Lastly, the latest elderly person who picked us up couldn’t remember how to get to the car. When we got there, he stacked luggage over the top of the trunk area directly behind my son’s head. Even the slightest short stop would have sent a giant suitcase into his head and neck. An accident would have killed my kid. My husband jumped out as the driver started to pull away and just flipped the suitcase sideways, making it possible to put the teetering suitcase safely next to the rest of the luggage. All of this for the ridiculous price of $250 EACH WAY."

"Great service! Charles our driver arrived on time and got us to our destination in plenty of time. For the return trip we had Ahmed Ibrahim. He was there on time waiting for us and helped with our luggage. Both trips were stress free for us. Thank you!"

"A-1 Limousine is great. I spoke with Tim and scheduling was a breeze. They were very accommodating. I was even able to arrange an earlier pickup with another driver, which helped tremendously because a fellow traveler wasn't able to stand for long periods of time. Our chauffeur, Mohammad, was personable, handled our luggage with care and was able to pack it perfectly into the Suburban. He was very pleasant the entire ride and got us to our destination quickly and safely. Upon pickup, he stayed on the phone with me in an extremely busy area, so that we were aware of his arrival. Prices are very very good as well!! We will use them again in the future!"
