I was ordering parts and got confused with a number in the catalog and she sent me a new one. I’d much rather order from 5 states away with this customer service than in my own state. "I have used these guys before without any problems but on the last occasion I ordered a manifold part that required manufacturing, after a year of being told it was on order I was finally informed they were looking for a new supplier (Pre COVID). I asked for a refund, which they would not give but promised me credit on my next purchase. I have repeatedly asked for how I can spend my credit, which is a substantial amount, and receive no replies. These guys promise items they cant deliver and will happily take your hard earned $$, think really hard before using them and check they actually have the part you pay for. Don't expect any reply from emails as well."

"Order didn't arrive until three weeks after estimated arrival time, due to company taking their sweet time mailing it. On website it said that gaskets were included, which there were none when I received the package. Ordered valve covers for 350 engine, but the covers I received were for a much smaller engine. Company attempted to scam me for additional payment in order to ship my order. When I attempted to contact the owner, I was told that they were rarely available to talk to. Don't give this company any of your money."
