"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, ESP. THAT IS NOT WARRANTY. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Particularly avoid the Nissan service staff member named ALAN THOMPSON (#74596). These people are IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone. I have called about 15 times and never gotten a service employee on the phone even once. They "fixed" my car for $1000, but the check engine light appeared within a day - which had NEVER happened before that. It turns out that the car was not properly diagnosed, and they created a whole host of additional issues! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs!!"

"**Bad Business Practices.** Bad choice I took my 2010 Ford flex here to be repaired, only to have them not even attempt to match up the parts to the vehicle year so I have mismatch mirrors and the Lugnuts, are not the original Lugnuts I had on the front of my vehicle when I bought it in for auto theft repairs. When I questioned the manager about these issues, she denied it and became defensive, saying oh, you left your Jeep Patriot here for a whole year without having it repaired. I didn’t tell her, but it took a year to get settlement from a accident, so she lost out on $9000 that was paid to fix my Jeep. She had my jeep towed to a savage yard where I paid to get it back. I did tell the manager ,thanked her for letting me know. Never ever have any work done at this place. They are a car dealership. They’re in business to sell cars ,not fixing them. When I Promise Myself I Will Never Go To A Dealership For Auto Repairs I Mean It, I have not eaten at McDonald’s since year 1980 like I promised myself. Promises are made to keep me from having bad relationships. I don’t break my promises. Can you imagine the manager looking at you like this? Bad Business Practices."

"They checked my 2020 Nissan Altima and they misdiagnosed the fault, which made me lose some money, and my car has been with them now for 40 days. They fixed it last week, so I was very happy, but my joy was not complete. I drove 3 miles and the problem came back. I still waiting my car back to home"

"Every single time I go here whether it’s an appointment or not, I wait at least 2 hours. Then they had the free rental car as part of bob bell care and stopped that without any notice. The prices are outrageous. I was also interested in getting a diagnostic done and before hand, had the tech make sure that I was still under warranty, AFTER I gave the go ahead to take a look at my car, he came back to me and stated I had no warrant left after claiming that he called and they said I still did. This place is an absolute joke. No incentive to buy here what so ever. Take your business elsewhere if you can !! But the people that run the service lane are always great and friendly, that’s the only upside !!"

"Adequate service. I called and made an appointment several days in advance, and still waited 3.5+ hours for a state inspection and quick check up. My wife waited a similarly long time for a state inspection. The reinspection after repairs was quick though. Price was a bit more than elsewhere, which is probably fine if you need a Nissan expert but unnecessary for an inspection. It's absolutely impossible to get somebody on the phone from the service center. The phone line wait time is very long, and if you leave a message you certainly won't receive a call back. Make sure they explain all associated costs and services rendered when you're there in person because otherwise you won't get them."
