"Our children have been at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Charter school since 2011. We have loved it ever since. It has changed somewhat, for better and for worse but overall it’s a good school. The educators care about the kids and provide ample opportunities for children and parents. I wish it had a larger campus but it does really well with the space it has and the safety of the cul-de-sac is quite nice. If you want French immersion I don’t think there’s better."

"Very rude I spoke with a misses Cortes to get some information and for some reason the phone was breaking up however I heard everything clearly on my end. This must have really upset her because she huffed and puffed , said "oh my God "and then hung up the phone very rudely. For a person who is supposed to work with kids on a daily basis she had no patience. This was very unprofessional. I assure you I did not want the bad connection anymore than she did. After I called back instead of getting back on the phone with me and finishing our conversation she relayed the information to the secretary as though she didn't have time or didn't want to speak with me."
