"Brought my car in for repair work to comply with the Maryland Emissions Test and was quoted $700 for replacement of a $35 part that takes 30 minutes to install. This guy seems dead-set on ripping off his customers—don't become one of them!"

"I have had a bad experience here. If you go here do not trust any quote Ike gives, it'll be grossly inflated. In my case $700 for a $35 part. Despite this - if want to or are forced to use Ike's - get him to explicitly tell you ahead of time what the problem is, ideally walk around the car with you and have him point it out... and then do your own research. Anything less than this is like writing a blank cheque. I will not be using Ike ever again."

"Given a Thursday morning appointment for brakes, roders & oil change. Car was not ready by the end of day as expected nor was it touched. I could have brought it Friday, if I he would have said he probably won't get to to it even through he gave set the appointment a week before. (poor scheduling) Car ready 5pm Friday. Brakes(roders not needed just cleaned), oil change and ALL fluids topped he and receipt said. About a month later my low antifreeze light comes on without any leaks which means he didn't top off not only the anti-freeze but no other fluids when I checked. Now I'm wondering if he even changed my oil filter or if he just added oil."

"My experience with Ike was great. I reached out to him knowing he was familiar with Korean brands like Hyundai. I came in on a Saturday morning and dropped off my car to have the rear bumper cover reattached and have a detaching splash guard replaced and resecured. Ike did impeccable work all for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area!"

"I took my perfectly operating Audi A6 there for an oil leak, which Ike indicated he could fix. I paid $3000 for the oil leak, and when I returned to pick up my car I was advised that there was a very small oil leak; however, when I test drove my car, I noted that the breaks were faulty, a problem I did not initially have. He charged me $750 to fix the breaks. I took the car car to an Audi dealership and was informed that Ike had put psylicon on the leaks. The back breaks also drag, slowing the from moving the way it initially drove. St this point, I am incensed, and I would not recommend Ike for mechanical work. At this point, I am filing suit against Ike in the district court."
