"First I requested a quote for a round trip to Newark Airport. I received a quote but then when I called back to book I was told it was $40 more than the quote i was I was initially given. I was told "all inclusive, tax, tip, everything" even after I confirmed again that the price was for round trip. I ended up being charged that price per trip. Upon emailing them to ask about this, I just received a rude email back saying the price is always per trip. The first driver we had on the way to Newark was AWFUL- he had a hard time just getting out of my driveway, barely said 2 words, speeding, swaying all over the place on the highway, in the middle of 2 lanes...We were happy to just get out of the car and made it safely. The 2nd driver was fine. We have used Knight Riders in the past for a few things and they were wonderful. I dont know if its under new management or what, but unfortunately I won't be using again."

"I recommend this company to everyone I know! Professional, on time, and respectful! A bunch of girlfriends and I went out for a friends surprise 40th birthday and everything went smoothly. The driver Anthony even took our photos and made sure we got back safely to the limo after a night out with 6 of us. The limo was clean, and we were able to decorate it nicely for our friends bday. Definitely will be using this company again!"

"We used their services for our wedding to transport us to church and then to our reception. Service was professional and the limo was great. For the most part, their services delivered everything promised for the right price. However, my only issue is that we had instructed the driver to wait while we took pictures at the venue. Once we were done, we were planning on sitting in the limo until the event started but it seems there was a big miscommunication, I'm not sure on which end, that the limo driver had to leave by 5PM when the reception started at 6:15PM. As the groom I didn't dismiss the driver, but he took it upon himself to give our phones (that were still in the limo while we were away) to our guests to return to us and leave. This resulted in my wife and I stuck waiting outside the reception looking silly as our guests entered the building. In the grand scheme of the wedding, it was a minor inconvenience but it really disappointed my wife which is why I dropped two stars for this review. There needs to be more training for drivers to listen to their customers and follow instruction. Unfortunately, since the tip is already calculated into the contract the drivers are not encouraged to provide exceptional customer service. I've already let the the company know after the incident, so this is just a warning to those that are looking to hold on to the limo for their weddings."
