"Fantastic experience starting from the initial inquiry. The owner Brent was very responsive to questions, information, sharing input on area/timing to plan, and being able to accommodate needs. The train time I booked and coordinated for ride pick up at the station changed hours before my trip. I had to rebook and change details and was grateful for the responsiveness and ability to adjust to not have to have added concern to wait at station long time or find new options. The vehicle was truly luxury, gorgeous, and first class with spaciousness and sparkling clean. Brent was very professional and pleasure to talk with too. I highly recommend utilizing their services and car options."

"Jose Luciano was our driver to a doctor's appointment in Philadelphia. He arrived early, selected a route based on traffic and we arrived at the appointment 20 minutes early. We had requested that the driver wait for us and good thing, the appointment ran late and we had to address other issues. When I was ready to go, I was in another area of the facility and there were cell issues with Verizon, however, I was able to connect with Jose and he picked me up quickly and got me home safely. Jose exhibited professionalism, cordiality, respect and friendliness which made the trip less stressful. I will definitely ask for Jose the next time I use Prestige."

"Brent, the owner, returned my call promptly appromptly after request for service. Drivers were on time and professional. Cars cars were impeccably clean and modern with excellent safety features. Felt like a queen with doors being opened hands offered and all baggage handled by the driver. No scary lane changes or rushing! Rides were scheduled with adequate time to get to Philadelphia airport without stress. Even allowed enough time for me to go back in the house to retrieve forgotten and misplaced items without any worries. Pick up driver texted that that he was there when ready to deplane... At 12:30 AM….. yes, the wee hours. I would highly recommend this company if you like personal service and reliability. Honestly, I did not check around for pricing. I am not sure if could have same service for less. But, I value the stress free and reliable service and feeling like they treat others like they want to be treated.
