"Came in tonight to get my battery checked and was greeted and helped instantly by Michael. I called before hand to ask if the machine was working and he was the one who answered the phone as well. He was respectful attentive and efficient. My battery did turn up bad and although I had second thoughts about getting it replaced right then and there due to his customer service I decided to go through with Thank you!!"
