"I’m an African American female who was looking for legal representation for an employment matter. I was wrongfully terminated from my position as a locomotive engineer. The company failed to give me a lunch break. A federal law. These white racist males conjured up a lie to try to justify the termination something that is very obvious and you as a black attorney who advertises that you specialize in employment discrimination could not help me at all. My case is not hard. All my case needs is a good lawyer who knows the law and knows how to apply the law and knows their job. Spencer was giving me the run around. No real office to come to. You’re renting an empty cubicle. Every time I spoke with you I had to bring you back up to speed with the case so you’re not taking notes. Stupid stuff. But the reality of the situation is black attorneys can’t practice in this country so of course all they can say is you’re not a good fit and foolishness like this because they know they can’t practice. I’m paying consultation fees which really screams bad attorney only to find out you don’t know anything. My dad said why do black people go to law school they can’t practice in this country. That’s the reality of the situation and you didn’t help my situation. You didn’t motion in on the case make your appearance, nothing professional. Be honest with the black community stop trying to rob people and waste their time. It’s sad when a person comes to a firm looking for help and is met with confrontation because the lawyer knows they are limited and is unable to help them so they create a conflict. If you don’t know where to begin with a case just say that, not that I’m not a good fit. Who walks away from money? A person who doesn’t know how to get it."
