"I had one of the worst customer experiences in my life here, with the owner/manager. Rude, dismissive, and a poor communicator. Reported to UPS corporate who commented that they would reach out "again" to him to provide feedback, so apparently not the first time. I go out of my way to avoid this store, the customer service at the Park Potomac location off Seven Locks is actually good and consistent, same with the one further down the pike off Hungerford, always really nice people."

"What an awesome experience!!! I normally dread going to any type of mail/post office, but my experience here was great. Jali was a wonderful service provider. Not only did he help me package my items and provide information on other shipping features, but he was also helping multiple other clients and providing assistance to a customer who didn’t speak English and needed to go to USPS. He could have easily told her to go away, but he helped her. Amazing customer service all around. Thank you Jali!! You made my day :)"

"This store is one of if not the best UPS across the country. I am a frequent visitor and every time I am treated with nothing but respect. I feel like family when I walk in the door. I have never once seen anyone upset or frustrated in the store and even when the line is long, everyone is taken care of as fast as possible. If I could give 6 stars, I would."

"I was reaching for the door with 3 packages in my hands. It was probably a minute before or after closing time. A gentleman inside was just reaching out to the door to lock it for the day. Instead of locking it, he opened it for me. Abhi graciously welcomed me in, and took care of the packages in perhaps 3 minutes. Those 3 minutes included locating on Amazon the correct return code for one of my packages. This is nothing new. 'Been using that store for several years -- every single time it's the same: polite, professional, knowledgeable help; never a long wait. I have never been less than completely satisfied there.
