The fee was reasonable, and they got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. "I went here because Mavis doesn't know how to adjust a tie rod end to align the toe on my front end. They said it should be no problem, tie rod ends are easy to adjust, just loosen a jam nut and turn the tie rod. Well apparently, that is too complicated for them to do. Additionally, written on the instructions I left on how to start the car, I wrote to replace the tire in the trunk. Guess what? They can't read either! Even though they used those instructions to start my car! AND they charged me to remount one of the tires they took off, even though they can't follow directions! Don't waste your time here."
