"Every time I try to use this AutoZone to place an online order, the order is never filled unless I show up in person. If I call to inquire about what I'm looking for so I don't waste my time driving over there if it's not actually in stock (as is often the case), I'm immediately placed on hold. I've waited 20+ minutes for someone to take me off hold on multiple occasions and never gotten through to an employee at this store. I'd recommend using any other AutoZone in the city if possible if you can't just drop in and get what you need without having to interact with any of their employees for anything besides ringing you up."
