"I went to drop off a couple of boxes to return to Amazon. They were 2 boxes but I didn’t realize they had to be taped together. They refused to take the box and wanted me to buy a roll of expensive tape to tape it together! I had to go next door to Trek where they graciously let me have a little bit of their tape. They were small boxes. No need to buy a whole roll of tape. Especially at the prices they have. Customer service is pretty bad. Money hungry. Make sure you have everything the way they want it before you go. They won’t help you unless you purchase something."

When I contacted The UPS Store on Oakland Mills Road with these pictures, they claimed no responsibility for how poorly the items were packaged. Again, the pictures speak for themselves about their quality of work."
