"Ok so I take new my truck here to get brand new rims and tires and tire pressure sensors installed so they took me in told me I could wait it would take a hour but after 5 min of waiting they said 3 hours took 4 then they scratched up my rims and then didn’t even balance them when it’s brand new rims and tires or any time tires get changed they get balanced !! As well my sensors was not programmed properly! Stay away these ppl take your money and don’t help you !"

"I’ve been a customer to Ikes since I’ve been here in stroudsburg they are very polite. They always treated me with the most respect very nice people, I was supposed to be buying brand new tires The ties went balled and I barely driven the car I mean so balled you can see the stitching in the tire. They told me it was because I didn’t get an alignment so that void my warranty and it was nothing that they can do for me. I was never told about an alignment and warranty. I trusted them so much because of their smile that I never even checked my tires. I wish them much success, but they cannot get my business anymore. That’s why the rating is extremely low from me."

"These people were super nice, and I got tires for my vehicle at a reasonable price. The service was sort of slow as I was the only person there and it took two and a half hours for two tires and a front end alignment. That was okay, though, because there was a nice man who works there named Dave, and we had a good conversation that took up most of the time I was waiting. I will go back the next time I need tires."
