"This store consistently does not disappoint. There isn't a time that we have gone here where the employees are not overly friendly and helpful. Everything is easy and seamless and it's always a great experience. Today, we had to bring a rather large box for a return, and an employee came out to the car and helped us and scanned it before we got anywhere near the door. Haven't read any of the bad reviews, but would guess that those people are not very happy individuals. This place is a win every single time. Thank you so much to the incredible staff that works there!"

"It was my first time returning a package from Amazon through the ups store so I wasn't quite sure on what to do and the lady at the register was very friendly and explained the process to me and took care of it once I showed her the bar code from Amazon. Very pleasant experience."

"UPDATED AFTER REPLY: I never once asked for “filters” to be applied. I actually specifically said that i didn’t care what i looked like in the photo as long as it wouldn’t get denied. I didn’t ask for “special” lighting just maybe extra light so there weren’t shadows on my face. This place is an actual joke. Please do not come here to get your passport photos done. My photos got denied, when i went back to get them redone the same issue occurred, dark shadows and overall just not good quality. The second woman admitted to the first not knowing how to do the photos, and she had the same issue. Shadows on my face- i think that if you are going to advertise that you take passport photos you shouldn’t have a small dark corner with a white background and maybe you should have some brighter lights. Oh and don’t blame it on the customer and say it’s because i have dark eyes and deep eye sockets. It really made me upset because it felt like she was insulting me. It wasn’t a good experience and better off avoiding it."

"Been here a lot. They charge $1 something for inch of tape to seal the plastic package. Did not prepare a penny on me since it’s Amazon return. No. They will not give up a dollar even you walk out. Drop off another place without any problems. Not sure what’s big deal for an inch of tape. Saving cost or keep customers getting upset. No more visiting at this location. People are nice but bad store policy I figure."
