"I had reached out to Pocono Motion and Rich after I was struck by a deer in the back corner of my 19 Subaru STI. I came in for an estimate within a half hour of giving them a call, and left that day with date to get things fixed. Rich was super helpful explaining the process, handling the insurance, and providing updates as work was being completed. It was estimated to be just roughly over a week, but Rich and his team turned it around in 3 days, with impeccable work. The body line doesn't show any bumps and the paint work blends perfectly to the factory. You wouldn't even tell that section was hit unless I told you or showed you photos. The first two photos are prior to damage and the last one is after the work. Definitely recommend Rich and Pocono Motion for anybody that needs body work and paint!"

"Takes pride in the work they do. Fixed front end damage for me in 2 days flat on my 2020 Corolla after a run in with a deer on Thanksgiving. I wasn’t in any rush, they are simply efficient and know how to get things done properly. Paint quality is excellent. No oversight of anything. I’ve dealt with two other body shops in the area in the past and those experiences almost made me take my car far away to northeast Jersey to a shop I’ve known for a long time. Im glad I gave Pocono Motion a shot. The only criticism I can mention is that Rich is a busy guy and doesn’t spend his entire days in the office across the street from the shop handling walk-in work, phone calls, and estimates. Therefore he also isn’t in front of the phone all day. Their voicemail greeting provides an alternate number to call in case you don’t get them the first time. You must schedule an appointment for an estimate which I didn’t realize until I arrived in person. They have signs up stating this. They take cash or checks for your copayment, no cards. If anything happens where I would need a body shop in the future I’ll be stopping here first. Thank you."

"I had an outstanding experience with the Pocono Motion Body Shop. My father called Rich, the owner, and he went out of his way to meet with us on a Sunday. We called him on a Saturday and within a day we were able to bring the car by for him to take a look at it and it actually got fixed that same day. The car looks good as new!!
