"I appreciate Sean’s time but they told us they are “parts guys”. I also appreciate the low charge since the truck is still sitting. And this is a truck that is fairly new and in good condition (still paying for financing). It sat there for weeks with very minimal communication at one point I felt annoying calling and trying to get updates . This is the truck that supports our family for the majority of income . Maybe the sign should say “we don’t work on transmissions we just put new ones in” maybe I was just under the wrong impression. we tried to make the job as easy as possible we came with a new $900 tecm it was supposed to be plug n play my fiancé was told it was not and we had to pay for that to be done again. I’m not knocking them I just felt like it sat for so long and our family lost so much time and money that we are still try to make up for it . We actually had to go purchase a beater and put a ladder rack on it for $4000 while we waited. What if we didn’t have that money ? They only had one lift that our truck could be put on so it seemed never be on the lift and just sat. Just try to be aware of your car/ truck issues before going in because I felt like it was limited to what they could do. But they were pretty polite regardless of not really getting answers, and I appreciate the honestly that they were stumped and couldn’t do the job but did give some other shop recommendations."

I had an issue with work performed on my vehicle...after meeting with Shawn, he owned up, and took amediate action...giving me a complete refund on the spot. My " Who does that " moment. "Gotta give this place a round of applause! I had to get my ac condenser fixed and they gotta it done fast, effective and right. Everyone there is so nice and will great you. Also, the consistent communication between the customer and the mechanic is really good. I never had to worry about my vehicle in their hands at all. I would truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that will get the job done right. 10/10"
