"Placed an order online for pick up at 4 pm. Got to Pizza hut to pick up at 4 and had to wait almost an hour for my food. Asked to speak with manager. The manager refused to talk to me. I could hear him throwing a fit in the back about me asking for him. After almost an hour I finally got my order and it was cold. I asked for corporate number and they refused to give me the number."

"Ate in at around 8pm on a road trip. Had the meat lovers wraps and my companion had the pan pizza. I really enjoyed the wraps, that was the best thing I had from Pizza Hut in years! Only messed up thing was the server tried to give himself a tip from the change instead of being offered one"
