Reviews
"I've used Bowles Rice a few times for real estate transactions and was pleased with their services. Because I was pleased with their services I decided to contact them for a small business matter. After the initial consultation I requested additional help sending several emails over a period of two months with no response. After verifying I was using the correct email I decided to call as a follow up. Upon calling today I was not greeted by a friendly secretary. The unfriendly secretary coupled with an unresponsive attorney has earned them a generous 3 star review."
"The legal team at Bowels Rice has been amazing throughout a difficult and lengthy process. They truly take care of their clients"
"This despicable law firm represented the Berkeley County School System in a lawsuit against a parent who LEGALLY recorded her non-verbal special needs child being abused by her teachers at Berkeley Heights Elementary School. This was an effort to support a corrupt school system which allowed the abusive teachers to remain in the classroom for months after they learned of the abuse. Bowles Rice attorney, Laura Sutton, who filed the lawsuit against the parent, was a former employee of the Berkeley County School System. There is something rotten in the Berkeley County School District and in Bowles Rice LLP."
"You ought to be ashamed of yourself for initiating and taking part in a lawsuit against the mother of a special needs child, who LAWFULLY recorded said child at school discovering various types of abuse on their students. I hope everyone sees this and it encourages you to withdraw your involvement and condemn the Berkeley County Board of Education's actions and lack there of. We should be advocating for the safety of our children and I truly and honestly hope you never have to worry about yours. Absolutely appalling."
"So I know very little of the lawyers in this building but for undisclosed reasons I met with a few staff members. Very friendly and helpful! The building is historic and beautiful! After remodeling, the historic exterior trim boards and tasteful colors make this site a gem of downtown. The office spaces are very professional looking with a touch of inviting warmth. I was very comfortable is the welcoming atmosphere that surrounded me. I was not there for legal reason but after my visit I would definitely consider this firm if I ever was in need."
