"Food was terrible. They ran out of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and chicken tenders. No ketchup. I should have checked on food at the zoo before we came. Workers were trying the best they could. Upper management needs to do better especially if they are promoting their annual memberships."

"A big issue for the ZOO is a Tiger Tirrace cafe. Avoid this space. I would say any cheap burger will much better than they served there. Burnt burger for $13 … and my little one dropped a coke right after I got it, and they didn’t refill it ($5). Rude service. Too disappointed. Never again"
