"Driving in Maryland has thrown a curve ball as I was on my way to work and a seagull decided to drop a huge clam on my hood causing a huge dent, chipping the paint all the way to the metal. I have mixed feelings about leaving a review as the repair was great! The repair is not noticeable, the repair quality was great so I would give a 4 stars, the maintenance ethics now that is where I have a problem and would give it a 2 star. The car had dust all over the inside of the vehicle, as if QA didn't bother to look at the car prior to giving it back to the customer. there was a surface paint scratch which was cleaned up, and damage to the lower door panel which was not there before. when the floor supervisor KC came he was cordial and understood my concern as a customer. I was told to call back within a week if I didn't hear from them first, which I didn't. I left a message, shortly after the manager called me instead saying there was no repair or maintenance done inside my car. yet I have several phone notifications of the car having its windows and front door open. This alone is poor service, there was no damage on the door when I dropped off my car, and now there is, to which the manager called me indirectly a liar! This is poor customer service and for that reason I will not come here again. Be careful if you drop your car off here. the repair may be fixed but what else was damaged by careless practices."
