"Purchased a brand new set of tires from Creamery Tires like I had been doing for 30 years. Happen to notice Last Chance Auto did wheel alignments in their last bay. So, I figured I’m already here so why not. Shortly after I began to notice the outer edges of all 4 of my brand new tires were prematurely wearing. Now a year later I need new tires already. So, they either did not know what they were doing or it was intentional ."

"Came for a tire alignment and tie rod replacement, but about a mile from the shop my car started smoking. The young man who took my car in, gave it a look, and diagnosed it with a radiator fracture and probable blown head gasket. He did offer to fix it but encouraged me to just total it (it was a 21+ year old car with 180,000 miles). I was a mess! In tears. He took the time to explain to me every option I had. I told him I was going to try and drive it back down to Philly. He steered me against that but still gave me fresh oil and gallons of water to cool the engine to keep me safe when I did. When I tried to pay him, through tears, he told me it was on him. Just such an incredibly human experience. I really, really appreciate the good people that work here. I'll be back to repay the debts I owe this place. I recommend it for anyone needing any fixes."
