"Been coming here for over 7 years and always had great service in the PAST. I spoke to the manager Marlon today because they gave me wrong fuel pump which was being installed at the Jeep dealership down the road and I waited an extra day because Carquest had to order a new one. During that day, I had to have a rental car for an additional day. I simply asked that they pay for my rental car for one day because they gave me the wrong pump and I had to wait till the following day. Marlon refused to pay or even try to mitigate the situation. Unapologetic about their mistakes. His reasoning was price matching the right pump that they gave me later on, which was only a $30 difference. Incompetent staff and lack of customer service."
"You are better off if you just keep one associate to run this location! No need to keep whole team who doesn’t know anything about parts and lazy! You have to beg consultant to look for specific part! All they do is just to look in computer and if they don’t see it, they are not even bothered to check the back shelves which are full of stuff that laying there for decades!!! Zero skills and zero knowledge! Carquest is useless! Many needed parts are only available per order! You won’t find anything beside oil and windshield fluids! Junkyards are better in terms of customer service and availability than you guys! Shame on you!"
"My car started overheating as I was driving home and thankfully I parked right next to this place. I went in and they were quick to assist me locate the antifreeze/coolant my car needed. The gentlemen working here are very kind and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this place, thank you!!"
"Dropped off a package to return here. At first didn't understand that it was a UPS drop off site. Couldn't see a sign or anything on the windows. Went in and asked. The person who helped me was nice, even helped me carry one of the packages inside! Once I figured out I was in the right place then it was smooth sailing!"
