All they do is just to look in computer and if they don’t see it, they are not even bothered to check the back shelves which are full of stuff that laying there for decades!!! Zero skills and zero knowledge! Advance auto parts is useless! Many needed parts are only available per order! You won’t find anything beside oil and windshield fluids!"

"Horrible management which declined to return the item even with original receipt and packing. They even couldn’t show the policy states that the customer can’t return open items. Finally they did it after a long discussion."

"It's a shame that these employees do not open on time. They are supposed to open at 7:30AM. It's 7:50AM. I have waited 25 minutes. I really needed to get parts before I get to work. Wasted my time. Hopefully they learn some professionalism in the future and realize that opening on time or minutes early it's part of it."
