"Terrible customer service. They close at midnight on Fri. Called @ 10:50 placed my order. They called me back at 11:08 to tell me the had to cancel my order because they close at 12 & only have 1 driver. Wasn't very happy about it. I offered to pick it up. No we are closed for pick up. Then I was really upset. I live 6.3 miles from the store. Clearly not far. I find it really hard to believe that your one driver wouldn't make it back in time to deliver my pizza. The driver may have gotten back a little after 12 but that's not my problem. Should have let me pick it up since you couldn't do what you advertise to do. This is not the first time they have called me to cancel my order. I have had several bad experiences with this location over the years, you would think I've learned my lesson. Believe me I have now. The last pizza's I did picked up from them was supposed to have extra cheese on both. It didn't even look like it had the regular amount of cheese on it. "I asked two questions when I walked in and the girl was extremely rude. One question do you have a menu and How much was an extra large pizza since price was not on the menu. She snapped at me. I was very unhappy and instead of making a seen, I put the menu back and said I'm good. Then me and my son walked out. As I was walking out she's yelling and complaining about the sheild between us when she saw I was upset with her actions. Please hire better help."
