"Have spent thousands over the years at Papa Johns as I buy lunch for our team every Saturday, not always Pizza... but we order from this store alot. Placed a order for over $300 dollars, called the store as I usually do to ensure it could be done and was told yes. Went to pick up the order at 12:15 and was told 2 ovens were broke and our order wouldnt be ready. No phone call, no text message or anything to let me know. A simple call for a order that large would have given me time to make other arrangements for my 40 employees. GM did call me and apologize and offered a store credit for 4 Pizzas.... but the phone call was too late"

They said they charge extra for that so I paid the extra dollar and these cheapskates gave me 2 small packs of crushed pepper for a LARGE pizza! I’ve never seen a pizza that nickel and dimes their customers. Please do not go here!"
