"I had the absolute pleasure to reside here during the months of June-September 2023 and was so pleased that I made the amazing decision. I was in Baltimore for a medical school clerkship and had early hours and sometimes late nights. I felt safe staying here, the house is beautiful had everything I needed. Nicola made sure I did not want for anything, so helpful and assisted with anything, questions or concerns if I had any. I was only 8 min from the hospital so everything was close, including grocery stores, gym, downtown area, many main attractions as well. This is a great place to stay in! You will not regret it trust me!!"

"My wife and I stayed in a studio apartment on the 16th floor of the Arrive Inner Harbor building at 10 Light Street in Baltimore through APearl Property Solutions LLC. We were assisted by Nicola Gordon in renting this fantastic studio apartment. Nicola also arranged a parking spot for an additional fee (a fair one, I compared to other parking garages nearby!). The parking spot is accessible via Charles St and Redwood St, a very short walk from the apartment. When we first arrived, there was a small issue and Nicola personally came out to help us out. We really loved the studio and building. It's a great-looking unit and we felt very comfortable there... the two months passed by way too fast! The apartment was well-stocked with everything you'd need for a short or long stay... pots and pans, plates, utensils, nice furniture, a smart tv, etc. There is also a 2-in-1 washer/dryer unit in the apartment and it took my wife and I a little practice to get the hang of it, especially the drying part. Make sure to let the water out of the little drain hose first and check the filter for any lint or hair. It sounds complicated and tedious but it really isn't and it's great just sticking in dirty clothes and then pulling out dry clean clothes... not having to take out wet clothes to put into a drier! The building has several great amenities including a pool, social room and a couple study areas, extra washers and driers in the basement that are free to use, bicycle parking and basketball and also a great gym and yoga area. The building is walking distance from lots of excellent Baltimore restaurants and places to visit. I would recommend Tabor, an Ethiopian restaurant that's about a 10 minute walk and also the Walters Museum if you want to see some amazing art for free. Orioles Park and the harbor are also a short walk away. Throughout our stay, Nicola was very responsive if we ever had any questions or issues and she would also share events that the building was hosting, such as a Taco Tuesday and Icecream Social. You can tell she really wanted us to enjoy our time in Baltimore! I hope we can go back sometime and enjoy Charm City again :-) I didn't take a bunch of photos around the apartment but one shows are view and the other shows the building, which is one of the tallest in Baltimore and is visible from many place around the city."

"I stayed at one of Nicola’s lofts in Baltimore for about 4 months. The place was furnished, clean and modern looking with lots of light and safety features. The loft had its own parking, security system and cameras all around the outside. I felt safe during my entire stay. This place certainly provided me with what I needed to carry out my work assignment with. My requests were attended to, my questions were clarified with Nicola. She’s kind, professional and prompt to work with. I highly recommend working with her the next time anyone stays in Baltimore. Thanks for everything Nicola!"
