"Sales personnel where great and efficient, however the financing didn't honor the quoted summary that I received two weeks prior to the sale. I was supposed to get $3,500 in dealer incentives however when I looked at the final contract it only showed $2,500 in dealer incentives and I put down $1,000 to hold the vehicle. Please don't quote one thing and then come up with the bait and switch when the deal is about to be closed. I am a loyal and repeat customer at this dealership, this is my 3rd GV70 in the past 2 years. If someone from Genesis of Bowie wants to call me to discuss they know how to reach me. "We purchased a Genesis G70 from this location in early November. Fast forward to mid-December and one of the rims is damaged due to a large pothole in the highway. We reach out to the dealership because the purchased service contract states this is covered. After several phone calls (either no one answers, we get transferred to someone who can't help, or get hung up on), we finally reach someone and are told we can bring the car in so they can verify that the damage will be covered. After waiting 3 hours, my husband is told the damaged is covered but they sold the last rim the day before. The rim needed to be ordered and would be available in about a week so they put on the spare tire. A week passes, and we attempt to reach out to see if we can bring the car in to be fixed. More phone tag ensues, so my husband takes the half-hour drive to the location. He's told that the service contract will cover the rim but the tmps sensor was damaged and this was not covered. We're confused because during the purchase of the service contract we were told everything, bumper-to-bumper was covered. The cost to replace/program the sensor for one tire was $325! But they were so kind to knock off $25 to bring it to a total of $300 for something that was implied to be covered during the purchase signing. In addition to that issue, we have not received our tag paperwork. We were contacted once for additional information, but nothing after. My husband was able to speak with the tag department while there, and they provided another temp tag since our other was due to expire soon. We would have not known there were issues there, if my husband didn't stop in to speak to them Also, we were due a trade equity refund. Apparently the check had been issued a month ago, but we were never contacted. While there getting the tire fixed, my husband stopped in to discuss with finance and they handed him the envelope with the check. So far, we are completely unsatisfied with the service received here and it has been unnecessarily difficult to get assistance after purchasing the vehicle."
