"While most hate this chore, the wait isn’t long. Except, when you have to go inside to get an extension of time (10/10) . The short female with glasses at the desk had a line (myself and another gentleman) and continued to have a personal conversation with a random customer. I started taking video and she became unprofessional and refused to provide the extension as instructed. I hope someone who has authority can retrain her on her work duties."
