"Walked into their shop because I had a serious flat across the street and the guy at the desk acted like I was disturbing his morning by asking for help. Practically rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they would be able to change the tire (I had no jack) I walked out. An HOUR later, some other guy mosied over across the street and told me that if I DROVE my car over to their lot they would sell me a new tire. I told him thanks but no thanks. He shrugged his shoulders and mosied back to the shoo. Roadside assistance came and changed my tire for free and didn't try to sell me anything. Rude, condescending, and totally unhelpful."

"I went in a little hot headed. Owner and I had a slight misunderstanding. He was patient and took the time to explain to me how inspections work and why he did certain things. I definitely will use them again. He made the work right. In the end he was not at fault for the work done. He was trying to save me money, however I just wanted it 100 percent. Not so much concerned about the money."
