"Stay away from the place at all costs. This place is a complete rip-off. I went there to notarize a document. They charged me $5 to notarize the document and $10 for the service fee which I was not aware of. Changing customers $10 for service fees is ridiculous and shows that this place is desperate at the same time. Because they do not provide parking and the little lady that works there from Trinidad doesn't have any customer service skills at all. when I asked her what the service was for, she mentioned for the upkeeping of the building. Upkeeping of the building is not the customer’s problem. It would best if she said it's to provide training for her and how to interact with customers instead of acting like she is cute which she is no"

"OMG!!!!$25 for notarizing 1 document. $5 for the natary and $20 admin fee for a warm office with nice seats(words from the owner) I only put 1 star because it made me to proceed."

"The Caribbean lady at the booth is just outright rude and unprofessional for no reason. She spoke to us as if we were children. She seem like he was nice in the past but working here wore her down. Nevertheless, you must maintain professionalism and she didn’t. She was very rude to black customers while charitable to white customers. I won’t recommend coming here if she working there or if you’re black customer. And I hate to write these kind of reviews, I really do."
