"I went in to try to resolve a registration issue. I was told I needed a coverage verification letter from insurance showing I had no lapse. When I returned with the documentation I was told the letter needed more policy information/dates. So they would not accept my documents. I finally got a hold of penndot to explain the type of documents I had. Penndot rep informed me that my documents were acceptable. I went to notary copy stop with my documents and had my issue resolved in 15 mins. Save you time and patience and do not go here. The women who “help” don’t even let you speak to explain your situation."

"If they pick up the phone, you get rude answers as though you are stupid. When you go in it is hit or miss as to how you’ll be treated. It would help everyone that needs to use their services if they had a real webpage that gave information on what you need to bring with you depending on devices needed. Maybe they will be less impatient and condescending with the public then."
