"My husband and I have been here twice. The second visit being last night. The first visit was fine, nothing really bad or good to say. We had business to conduct and while we were waiting on the other party my husband suggested I change my address on my drivers license. He did it a few weeks ago in Quarryville but I hadn’t had a chance to do mine yet. I went in and there were 2 men at the desk. One of them aske me how I could be helped. I told him I needed a change of address for my DL. I wrote my new address on a piece of paper he took my old license and printed out a piece of regular white paper (not the small yellow card I’ve received in the past) so now I’m carrying this big piece of folded up paper I’m my wallet and when it was done he charged me $20! When my husband did his change in Quarryville it was completely free! Then when my husband was working with the same guy after I finished he stated the guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing! He took a long time and didn’t really seem very knowledgeable. I personally think it’s crazy to charge me what they did when other places don’t charge at all. I even looked on DMV website and it shows no charge for a change of address card. This place is over charging for people to do work that apparently they don’t really know ho to do!"
