"I have bought cars here before. One time I bought 2 cars on the same day here. Today I slowly walked through the showroom and out to the lot to look around. Found a few vehicles I liked one in particle I really liked. I walked back to the showroom and slowly walked out. Not one person even said hi. It was busier than usual for sure. My opinion, I think SOMEBODY should still be on the lookout for incoming potential buyers and at least acknowledge them going in and going out. I don’t know if I would have bought a car today but getting a new one is on my mind. By not acknowledging me (a repeat customer) certainly made sure I didn’t buy one."
