"First, they delivered the wrong order ( shame on me for not checking before I took it) so I called the store guy was polite, apologized and was offered a credit or future discount. But at no point asked if I still wanted the original order? So just told him to credit. Second, driver shows up and rings doorbell when there were clear instructions on the order to leave at the door and text when he arrived ( I added a 20% tip when I paid online so no reason to have contact). Third, the driver shows back up and in English I could barely understand says something about a receipt, which mind you he never gave me then wants to blame me for this issue. After telling him for the 3rd time I had already called the store he is still wanting to argue and I think wants the wrong delivery items back. At this point I’m getting pretty annoyed and seeing how I just had surgery 5 days ago told him as calmly as I could to go back to his store and get the hell away from my front door. He didn’t and had to call the store to get this idiot to leave from the front of the house. After reviewing all the negative reviews from this location it will be a cold day in hell before I order from them ever again. If you’re in a customer service business, one be able to clearly speak the prevailing language so people can be able to understand you and two never verbal attack someone on their front porch when you made the mistake. Bad business/customer service seems to be a culture issue with this location. Thank god papa John’s and Pizza Hut are close"

"Usually I get wonderful customer service and great delivery. Last night, however was a MESS! I ordered my pizza and it stated it was delivered. I called the store and the associate on the other line stated wait 10 minutes. So I did, I called back furious and angry. They didn’t deliver my pizza, so I asked to speak with a manager and told the person on the other line to do better. They offered me to make a new pizza. They delivered correctly the second time, as I watched the driver get out of the car (Thanks Dominoes app). He went upstairs to the apartment above me where he delivered the first pizza! First off, it’s not hard to READ THE ADDRESS, especially if it’s on the first floor! This team needs better training, drivers that can read! I’m not ordering from here for awhile!"

"My pizza went on a lengthy car ride. I ordered pizzas and they arrived at my house an hour an 50 minutes later. I live 2.9 miles from the store! Larry, the delivery driver, was lovely and told me he is the only driver on duty. I get it! I would have picked the pizza up had I known at the time I placed the order. The pizzas were "thin and crusty". Not so much, we got sad and soggy. I won't do this again!"
