Paisano's Pizza 9429 Lorton Market Street, Lorton, VA 22079

"Do not get delivery! We ordered at 5:30 online through their website on a Saturday night. It said it would arrive between 6:10 and 6:20. We called at 6:30 to check on the order and they said that they were 13 minutes away. We know it gets busy on a Saturday night. We gave it until 7 until we called again. Honestly, they were so busy, they weren't able to pick up the phone at times. Once we got a hold of them, they called the driver and he said he was 10 minutes out. Kept waiting and called them back at 7:30... again 10 minutes away... we finally cancelled our order at 8pm. Still no food and with it being in the car for over an hour now, it would have been cold. Paying $70 was pricey to begin with let alone for Cold food way over 2.5 hours late. I called 8 different times, only one of the phone calls I got an apology."

"Ordered Triple Decker w/fries and a L thin crust. Forty five minutes to deliver.....ok, normal volume for a Saturday evening and all is good. Delivery takes an hour. Ok, not ideal, but it's NoVA. Got the delivery but missing half the order. Pizza and no triple d. Driver apologized as he forgot it. Asked me to call restaurant to see about getting it delivered ASAP. Driver did mention that restaurant was short staffed. Called restaurant and was assured driver in en route with it. Thirty plus minutes and nothing. I only live 5 miles from the restaurant. I called the restaurant yet again and was assured again the driver was en route. About 30 or 40 minutes have passed and nothing still. Call the restaurant yet again and was informed the driver was 5 minutes out. I eventually received the triple decker and fries that have been cold for about an hour now. I'm not one to complain, however, honesty was not implemented here. Maybe it was a one-time thing maybe not. Bottom line this was not handled right. Might be going away from the direct ordering and stick with the GrubHub/doordash orders. At least I can track the driver and know what's going on instead of being misled as far as when my food is going to arrive."

"Got a medium supreme pizza minus onions and added olives on half. Delicious! Have been to this location a couple of times in the past and it was great then too. Service is really good and the guy that took our order was really friendly. Would definitely come back again."

"The lady that took my order could see I was struggling with seeing the menu up on the board and offered me a the paper menu to read from. I mean to tell you...never has any cashier food worker ever done that for me. They usually stand there and do nothing. Plus the server was super courteous to me. Thank you! The food was delicious too! Sometimes it's nice to be treated like a special customer other than just a number."

"This is by far one of the worst pizza places I have encountered. I live rather close to this place, I order online, I tip well and I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered a hand tossed crust pizza and when it's delivered, it is thin. In fact this one is so thin in the center of the pie, you can almost see through it to the bottom of the box. You call and tell them you ordered hand tossed, they check the system and say yes, I see it clearly says hand tossed, they apologize and have someone make a new one to send to you - when will you teach your cooks how to actually make hand tossed crust to avoid this constant back and forth?? This is the last time I will be ordering anything from this Paisano's. Update 1: The "manager" called back stating he just called the cook who had left and he says it was hand tossed, so now this "manager" is asking me to send pictures to his cellphone. Update 2: A real manager called now and this time tells me this is how hand tossed is made because they do "New York Style". However if you look at one of the screenshots below you see they have two separate options, Create Your Own (says nothing about New York Style and the one I use) and the one under that which is for New York Style pizza. This is the same as when you look at their menu online as well. If they are going to claim it's always this thin crust regardless of which option you select, they need to clarify that on their site and menu. What a joke."
