"This is the place to go if you like model trains."
"I went today. They have layouts in every major scale, one on the top floor and several on the lower floor. I personally liked the HO layout on the upper floor better, but I prefer HO anyway, so there may be bias there. They also have a gift shop/flea market where you can buy new or used locomotives, track, and other equipment. I got a DCC locomotive for cheaper than I could on eBay. The members of the club are happy to answer any questions you may have, and were willing to test the products before I purchased it. The person even reprogrammed the locomotive before I bought it. Admission is inexpensive with adults costing $5 and children (15 and under) costing $1 each."
"I'm kicking myself for not taking the time to see this place sooner. Lots of red buttons to push to activate animated scenes. Open only select weekends. Check out the website before going."
"This is a nice diversion for young and old alike. Kids will get a kick out of the interactive diorama on the top floor, where they can press the red buttons and trigger the accessory sets, like a house fire with smoke, or a carousel. The lower floor isn't interactive, but it's just as detailed. Older folks might see trains to respond them of the industrial past in the Lehigh Valley, or their own train sets. The diorama takes up most of the floor space, so there's only a walkway around the outside of the rooms. It wouldn't take much for building to become crowded. Expect at least half an hour to explore. Parking is available behind the Stockertown post office."
"Absolutely incredible layouts in four scales. Well worth the trip. Detail everywhere you look. If you have even a passing interest in trains, you need to see this club."
