"I came in to Jiffy Lube to get a basic oil change and was out within half an hour. However, weirdly enough I made it about 10 minutes away and my car stopped in the middle in the road and had trouble starting again. I called Jiffy Lube and brought my car back. The guys were so helpful and understanding as I was bawling my eyes out feeling overwhelmed at the bad luck I was experiencing. Big appreciation for Elias who went above and beyond what is probably the expectation of his job as he took the time to explain things to me and made sure I left the first time with a healthier car and the second time for getting me to laugh while I was freaking out about my car dying in the middle of the road. He was calm and pulled up videos to help explain the sensor code that popped up, how it worked, and why the work needed to be done. I really appreciate the time and compassion Elias and the others at the shop showed during my hard time today and my friend who came to sit with me appreciated the environment that was created to get the work done and help me feel better. We will both definitely be back in the future!! Thank you!!!!"

"I just purchased this vehicle in August. First oil change with some extra money today. The gentleman came took my vehicle in right away, I asked for an oil change and if he could check transmission fluid. He came into sitting room asked if I would like a new air filter and my antifreeze flushed, never did the bald short guy , inform me it was going to cost more. Then at check out after he scanned my coupon, the cost $181.00, I refused to pay and he wanted to call police which I agreed. He was a very poor for business."

"Decided to take my car here today for an oil change and it exceeded my expectations. I normally go to the dealer and get service done there, however I just needed an oil change and I have gone here in the past and it was excellent. Today did not disappoint! I will sit at the Infinit dealership for service and/or oil change and it takes my entire day. Not only does it take my entire day it also isn't the best service, but I like to take it to the dealer for the required service. From now on I will be using this Jiffy Lube location for most of my needs that do not require the dealer. The staff was efficient and extremely courteous. It was a breath of fresh air to walk in and be greeted by every team member and also have them be super polite and helpful! An added bonus was not having to waste and entire day just getting a minor service ! Staff was great!"
