"I got serviced here recently and while the actual work of the tint was good, I did not get serviced until 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. My appointment was at 9:00 and my car didn’t get serviced until 11:30 and I didn’t leave until 12/1. Not one person spoke to me and when I finally found an employee to speak to the customer service was lacking. She said little to nothing to me. The pricing is good but you get what you pay for. There’s no lounge area for clients so I sat outside in the hot sun. The prior locations I’ve been so were much better with customer service and was a lot more organized. They need to do better with communication and I believe people that made an appointment and had a deposit already down should have been serviced first versus walk-ins. I was clearly very annoyed."

"2 months ago I got tint here the tech who did my car was fast and professional. I got 35% all around for only $100 with a lifetime warranty. The shop was not in the best condition but that doesn’t really matter in my opinion, as the price and quality of the job is far more important. 2 months later as still looks great, no bubbles or peeling."
