"When I first started coming to this dealership for maintenance. I loved it, but after Covid, everything went downhill. The customer service sucks. They don’t keep you informed about what is happening with your vehicle. I came in. The Internet was down, and I was not notified. The following visit, I came in and waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and a radio update, and no one communicated with me. The only reason why I continue to come back is because my maintenance plan was at the dealership."
"I love taking my car to be serviced. Large wait area with fresh coffee. Attendants are friendly, and checkout is easy. There is always someone to go over the repaired work, so if you have question, they break it down and advise you of repairs that may be done at a particular time down the road. Affordable too."

"I will start by saying that the individual employees, especially Tierra, have been excellent. I've purchased several cars here through the years but my recent service experience has not been good. Oil change , cabin filter, tire rotation, and brake flush for $400 seems high. Had to return two additional times to get the work finalized and all three times my car was left messy with the entire contents of my glove box and a dirty cabin filter left on my seats. Even after returning one last time the door to the cabin filter was not installed."
