"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU ANY OPPORTUNITY THEY GET. I took my car into this place for a coolant leak. They called me a day later letting me know the water pump needed replaced and because "the mileage is high" they also wanted to replace my radiator. A total cost of $1600. I immediately told the guy I would be towing the car somewhere else because they were trying to scam me. He said well we can just do the water pump for $850. I told him no way. I towed the car somewhere else and got charged 300 for the water pump and car is working great. Radiator was checked and nothing wrong. I saved myself 1300 dollars by simply not using their service. These guys just wanna overcharge as much as they can get away with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!"

"An auto repair business can be judged best by the honesty of the management to tell the truth about repairs. I wanted to purchase a truck that Auto Tech had on their lot for sale which was previously owned by a customer. After a successful test drive with the owner, I agreed to purchase the truck on an agreed upon price. However, it was found that the AC wasn't blowing cold and he agreed to charge it overnight. The next day when I returned to leave a deposit, David the owner, said that his team detected a leak in the compressor and that part was expensive. He agreed to install the compressor at no charge for labor. He told me that he could not honestly sell me the car at the discounted price without adding back in the cost of the AC compressor. Rather than sell me a car with an expensive compressor problem, he was willing to forego the sell. I thanked him for his honesty and told him he had a customer for life for his honesty and full disclosure. I have bought a lot of lemons over the years. This could have been a situation that created an expensive cost of ownership for me down the line. I asked that he look out for another vehicle that may come available and I have confidence that I'll be treated with honesty and respect for any service that the vehicle may need. I will also use Auto Tech for service on my current vehicle. I've been disappointed with other shops in the area for their lack of attention to customer service. It's ironic that I found Auto Tech while looking for a truck to purchase."
