"Horrible!!!! I dropped the car off at 8:15 for an 8:30 oil change/tire rotation appointment. 9:35 and they still have to rotate the tires! I’d hate to see how long it takes for them to do legit repairs! Update: They finished at 9:57. Beyond sad for a professional “service” department!"
"Friendl Service. A very good body shop and service department. I've been to many places and this provides the best repairs and the best body work and best auto service with any place I've been to. They are not always quickest but they consistently keep you up to date. What they like in Christmas, because they probably the busiest place around, they make up for in quality."
"This was the worst service ever. It’s places like this is why so many people learn to work on cars themselves. I drove my car to them and they charged me over $300 to change my fuel filter but I didn’t ask for that. After 3 weeks of having my car they broke my fuel line and gas was leaking and my car wouldn’t start so I had to get it towed home. Yes…. You understand; I drove my car to them however after they serviced my car I had to get it towed home. They told me it was a fuel pump now and it would cost me over $1700. Please don’t go to them! Note: Jeanette Derry was the person they used to do this service. Good news: after I got my car towed home I found the problem and fixed it for $45 MYSELF!!!!!!!"
