"Having suffered an incident where the engine in my Volvo just decided to stop running less than a block from my home, I contacted Paul and his team to see if they could take a look at it and hopefully fix it. Shortly after I managed to get it towed to their facility, they began to inspect it and reported back to me later that same day what they had found so far. Paul was up front with their assessment and explained to me that it could (hopefully on my part) be not that major of a problem, but he also explained to me that, due to what caused the engine to quit, it could run on the very expensive side. The mechanic working on it even took me inside to show me what he had found so far and what he was going to do to isolate the problem. After giving them the go ahead to delve into the problem in greater detail, Paul also let me know what the potential worst-case scenario was and advised me of that possible cost. After this interaction and following their excellent handling of some problems we had with an early-2000s Mustang, I trust them to be thorough, transparent in what the find/recommend, and very easy to work with. Although I opted not to proceed with the costly repair, but I would definitely not hesitate to take my vehicles back to them for service in the future."

"I had a great experience at Environmental Automotive Services yesterday! I purchased a used car from an estate sale and needed to have the car inspected to register it with the state of Maryland. As expected with a car purchased from an estate sale, a couple repairs need to be made before the car would be eligible to pass inspection. The team was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the day, as progress was made. I was particularly impressed with the electronic inspection report that was emailed to me after my car was finished. The report included images of problems resolved to pass the inspection, as well as recommendations for future maintenance. It was helpful to see exactly what the mechanical team was looking at! I would highly recommend this business!"
