"I would give them 0 Stars if that were an option! I ordered floor mats for my 2023 Camaro ZL1. The red trim on the mats are terrible quality, and the mat is not actually designed for a 6th Gen Camaro, as advertised. The top portion of the mat does not match the floorboard pattern of my 2023 Camaro ZL1. The floor grommets don’t line up correctly, leaving the right side of the driver's floor mat lifted up instead of sitting properly. When I inquired about a return, after having accidentally closed the return in eBay, I was told to drive to Maryland and they would refund me, but they wouldn't do anything to help me reopen the return window. Terrible quality products and service!!!!!!!!!"

"I suspect they have multiple names because the customer service is a joke! Do not purchase floor mats from here they do not fit. I have sent numerous emails with pictures and a few phone calls no response from Stephanie who apparently is the only person in the whole company that can do anything. Zero reply besides asking more questions. I think they think I will give up!"

"I ordered a set of mats from this place off of eBay. I wasn't notified that they were made to order. I contacted this place on Monday and was told they would be shipped today (Wednesday) What a joke. I am rather disappointed with the way this company does their business. If I hadn't wanted these mats so bad I probably wouldn't have ordered them. I have contacted this place several times and don't really get much of a response. How disappointing!!!!"
