"I can actually say this place is great and I've had there breakfast and pizza they seem they can't get the order correct on my breakfast I want my eggs dippy and I get them we'll done and I even make sure I put it in the comment section of the ordering process I don't have time to open up the order to check my meals and I have gotten the pizza and few times and it is not done enough to eat without a fork n knife because it is under cooked I again put in the ordering section I would like to have it cooked and few more minutes nope I get it under cooked again"

"My fries were cold and gross. I was staying less than a mile away. I ordered chicken wings and they were drenched in hot sauce when I asked for an order of chicken wings with a sprinkle of hot sauce and that is not what I ordered. The wings were so saturated they were soggy. So disappointing because I have heard good things. Wouldn't recommend sorry"

"Sometimes an existing business can be exaggerated in its quality and fulfilling service. Because of its longstanding business, the changes don't always equate to the improvement noticeable. That said this Silver Moon location's food was horrible and I realize that many locals and natives are supporting their meals and bites through nostalgia or yearning for a time that used to be. My order was unimaginably awful where I thought the omelet itself would at least be worthy because of its price but nope. I think this store and its customers are fond of a type of food that accommodates a certain lifestyle or a need to do as Romans when in Rome. I would never eat from here again but don't let the optics of cars outside and takeout orders fool you, sometimes settling for popular food spots doesn't mean it's good food, but rather it's just food that some people are willing to settle for."

"Wings are great. Customer service is horrible My last trip there Dec 10, I ordered 10 wings half buffalo half honey old bay. When I got home I realized they gave me half regular fried chicken. I don’t live close so I called and the girl said she would add my name for a 10% discount for next time I called. The next time I called was about a week ago. The guy said he didn’t see my name & would not honor the discount. I told him I took a picture of my receipt & food from that night to prove I wasn’t lying. He was very rude, I said “him being disrespectful is making not want food from here anymore”, so he said fine we won’t make it and hung up. I called back and a girl answered. I asked for a manger or owner and she said why. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. Customer service was never top tier but that last encounter made me not want to come back, which sucks because I loved their wings."

"These crabcakes were unbearable, little crab meat a bunch of I don’t know what funny taste ! Santa Maria’s crabcakes are so much better. I’m sorry. I need to be accommodated for this Jesus."
