"This establishment is very ghetto and not customer friendly. You pay extra for ranch sauce just for them to not put ranch sauce inside your bag and then when you call them to fix the issue, they did not resolve the issue. They'll go back and forth with you say they didn't get paid for .50 ranch when it clearly says on MY RECEIPT that I paid for my ranch. I even told them before they had their delivery driver drop off the food to make sure my ranch was in the bag and even then, the representative was giving me a lot of kickback. Once the delivery driver came with my food, they wanted me to come to the car after i aid them a nice heft tip. Once i realized my ranch sauce was not in the bag i gave the establishment a call and the manager tell me that I'm making a big deal when in fact that if they just provided great customer service and trusted the customer and gave me the ranch that I paid for all of this could've been avoided. the manager claims on his end that he doesn't see where i ordered ranch asked me to email them my receipt i emailed them my receipt and they said Well we didnt get paid for it. That's not my problem because it came out of my account, and it clearly says on my receipt that i was charge for Ranch... The customer service is horrible, food is distasteful and I'm not missing out on anything by never ordering from them again. It's the principle of things idc if it is just a sauce. UPDATE: They did come deliver the ranch 30 minutes later. But it was NOT in a concealed package it was in a container they put the ranch in......"
"Food was over cooked and they just barely squirted the honey mustard on the wings and the cheesy garlic bread is a joke. it's literally a roll warmed with cheese on it. No ctust, no garlic taste just warm hread with cheese. The best thing was the fries but if I didn't ask them to make them crunchy they would have been gross. Waste of $45. They definitely have changed and we no longer miss them."
"Ordered food online, but received the wrong items – tasteless and disappointing. When I called to address the issue, they repeated my order before payment but failed to deliver what was promised. Frustratingly, the customer service was unresponsive, refusing both a refund and a redo. It's disheartening when a business not only misrepresents available items but also provides poor service by not addressing customer concerns promptly."
"I asked for my number not to be used in the system as I don’t want it distributed and it’s no need for talk to have my number. It’s not like you calm when the food is ready. I did not consent to my number being put into any database. But she still put my number in the system ( because I called in my order) even tho I was giving her a fake number to avoid this issue. They are very rude here and disrespectful. I will never be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person. Food was nasty too."
