"Charlie was a huge help! Alternator blew up and belt came off during my 10hr road trip back home. Called the store and they had an alternator in stock. Limped it over there with no power steering or brakes while hauling my 11k lb 35ft trailer. Made it there and Charlie assisted me to make sure I had everything I need and let me borrow some of his personal tools. Let me wash and clean my hands after the job was done.
