"While not my regular mechanic, I needed them in a pinch when alternator died near their shop. The police called them for me to tow me as I was in a bad spot in the dark and they came quickly. Although they were very busy they managed to fit me in to do the repair rapidly. The price was reasonable for the amount of work needed to replace the alternator. I liked how they did all of the paperwork for the job online and how I was able to authorize which services they were offering. I also liked being able to pay online so that when the job was done I just picked up the car. Overall it was a great experience despite getting stranded with an old alternator."
